Morphological, Structural and Hydrogen Storage Properties of LaCrO3 Perovskite-Type Oxides

Recently, perovskite-type oxides have attracted researchers as new materials for solid hydrogen storage. This paper presents the performances of oxide LaCrO3 dedicated storage using both numerical and experimental methods. Ab initio calculations been used here with aim to investigate electronic, mechanical elastic properties LaCrO3Hx (x = 0, 6) applications. Cell parameters, crystal structures are determined. Additionally, cohesive energy indicates stability hydride. Furthermore, showed that compounds (before after hydrogenation) stable. The microstructure capacity at different temperatures these studied. We shown capacities around 4 wt%. obtained from this type hydride it can be future XRD analysis was conducted in order study structural compound.
